Hamburger Goulash

Cook macaroni as directed; drain
- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 1 medium onion
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 large can crushed tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Lasagna, Spinach-Skinny Slow Cooker

- 1 jar (25.5oz.) Muir Glen organic tomato basil pasta sauce
- 1 can (14.5oz.) Muir Glen fire roasted crushed or diced tomatoes,
- undrained
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper, if desired
- 1 yellow bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 9 uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 1/4 cups light ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese (6 oz.)
- 4 cups coarsely chopped fresh baby spinach (4 oz.)
Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Dressing

- 5 slices bacon
- 1 1/2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey mustard, or more to taste
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 8 cups fresh spinach leaves, stems removed
- 8 ounces white button mushrooms (about 2 1/2 cups), thinly sliced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
Chicken Enchilada's

Mix sour cream & soup. Spread 1/2 cup in 9x13 pan
- 1 chicken stewed, boned, cubed
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans mushrooms, drained (leave off for my family)
- 1 4oz. green chilie's, drained & chopped
- 1/3 cup minced onion
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 12 flour tortillas
- 12 oz. grated cheddar cheese ( 1 cup in filling)
Chicken Enchilada Dip

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly oil 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 can (10 oz) Old El Paso™ enchilada sauce
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
- Tortilla chips
Cinnamon Rolls, Mini

- 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 2 tablespoons apple juice or milk

- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup cabbage (optional)
- 1/4 cup scallion (optional)
- 1 tablespoon spicy shrimp sauce (I bought Dinni's Select brand on the web)

- 1 lb. 4 0z. can crushed pineapple
- 1 lb. 5 oz. cherry pie filling
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 chopped pecans
- 2 sticks margarine
Strawberry glaze pie, fresh

- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. strawberry jello
- 1 quart or more strawberries
