Slow Cooked Meat Loaf and Potatoes

What To Do: Place potatoes in bottom of a 3-1/2-quart (or larger) slow cooker
- 2 2 1-inch potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 2 2 pounds ground beef (see Notes)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2
- pound pound hot Italian turkey sausage, casings removed
- 1 1 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2 1 1/2 1 1/2
- cups cups ketchup, divided
- 3/4 3/4 3/4
- cup cup crushed butter-flavored crackers
- 2 2 2 eggs
- 2 2 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/3 1/3 1/3
- cup cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 1/2 1/2
- teaspoon teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
BREAD PUDDING with vanilla sauce from The Olde Dutch Restaurant

Combine all(not vanilla sauce) in mixing bowl
- Bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add:
- Bread Pudding
- 5 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cup raisins
- 12 eggs
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- bread torn up
- VANILLA SAUCE
- 4 cups sugar
- 8 Tablespoons cornstarch
- 8 cups water
- 1 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons vanilla
- Allow butter to melt and mix sauce together until smooth. Pour warm sauce over warm bread pudding.
PHILLY CHEESE STEAK SLOPPY JOES

Crumble the ground beef into a skillet and add the chopped onion and pepper

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small sweet onion chopped
- 1 green bell pepper seeded and chopped
- 1/4 cup steak sauce (like A1)
- 1 cup beef broth
- provolone cheese

Beans Hot Dogs

Pour can of beans into slow cooker, and stir in hot dog pieces
- 1 can baked beans (any variety)
- 1 package beef or pork hot dogs, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1/2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- 2/3 cup evaporated milk (could use regular milk)
- 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup nuts of your choice (we like it with walnuts)

Directions Allow margarine and cream cheese to reach room temperature

- 2 C. cream cheese
- 4 C. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
Green Beans Bacon Chef Ron Lock

Directions Place bacon in a large skillet
- 6 thick slices bacon, chopped **SEE NOTE
- 1/2 cup onions,small dice
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup water plus if needed
- 1 pinch ground black pepper

DATE PUDDING

mix dry ingred. with fingers add water and eggs stir well bake 350 degrees about 30 min
- 1 cup chopped dates (use paring knife, cut 1/4" pieces)
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 6 T water
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 well beaten eggs
Deviled Ham Spread Vitamix

Place all ingredients into the Vitamix container in the order listed and secure lid
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
- 1 Tablespoon vinegar
- 1 1/2 cups (202 g) light boiled ham, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 Tablespoon chopped onion
- 1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish (optional)
