•To prepare the cake, preheat the oven to 350F
- Sponge Cake:
- 1 1/2 cups cake flour
- 2/3 cup sugar, plus 1/2 cup, divided
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup water
- 8 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
- Pastry Cream:
- 2 cups 2% reduced-fat milk, divided
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 1/4 cups sweetened flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup amaretto
- Whipped Cream:
- 3 cups heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut

Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate
- 1 cups mayonnaise
- 1 cups sour cream
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoons dry onion
- 1 teaspoons dried dill weed
