Hot Party Ham Sandwiches

Preheat oven to 350. Split each dinner roll
- 1 dozen Brown 'N Serve rolls
- 1/2 lb sliced deli ham
- 12 slices provolone cheese
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
PINEAPPLE PEPPERMINT JUICE

Wash, Peel, Slice, Juice
- 4 small carrots
- 1 apple
- 1 orange
- 4-5 pineapple slices
- handful fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cucumber
Bacon and Brussel Sprout Salad

Instructions Cook and crumble the bacon
- 1 lemon
- 1 orange
- 1 large shallot, minced
- 1/2 cup olive oil

Grasshopper Chocolate Bark

A minty chocolate bark made with white chocolate and Andes mints
- 1 1/2 lbs (24 oz) semisweet chocolate, chopped (or chunks)
- 1 1/2 lbs (24 oz) white chocolate, chopped (or white baking chips)
- 2 Tbsp vegetable or canola oil or shortening, divided
- 1 tsp mint extract (optional)
- Green food coloring
- 5 oz package of Andes mints, unwrapped and roughly chopped

- 3 pounds Russet Or Yukon Gold Potatoes, Washed Thoroughly
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 whole Yellow Onion, Diced
- 3 cups Diced Ham
- 1-1/2 cup Half-and-half
- 1-1/2 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cup Flour
- Black Pepper To Taste
- 1 cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Grated Monterey Jack Cheese
- Chopped Parsley (optional)
15 minute Black Bean and Corn Salsa

- Mix the following ingredients and let the avacados marinate for at least thirty minutes:
- Juice of one lime
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Tabasco
- 2 Tbsp veggie oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3 firm avacados, chopped
- Combine the rest of the ingredients below and then add the avacados, gently mixing it all together:
- 1 can white beans
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can pinto beans
- 3 cups frozen corn
- 1 cup sliced green onions
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Linguine with Roasted Red Peppers, Crabmeat & Basil

Bring a large pot of water to a boil
- roasted red peppers*, about 4 whole, cut into slivers
- 2 to 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lb. linguine** (or less — I used about 6 oz of dried fresh linguini)
- kosher salt
- 6 oz. crabmeat — this Wild Planet Dungeness is fantastic
- big bunch fresh basil
- fresh cracked pepper if desired
- You could certainly use jarred red peppers, which would save time, but if you have the time, make them from scratch — they’re so easy and delicious!
- Use whatever shape pasta you like.
