- 1 pkg (8) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 4 1-oz slices American cheese
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and halved lengthwise
- 1 T milk
- Caraway, poppy, or sesame seed
Danish Meatballs

- Dill Sauce:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground pork
- 1 t salt
- 1/8 t pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 T grated onion
- 1/4 c half n half
- 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
- 1/8 t ground allspice
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 c chicken broth
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 t dill weed
- 1 c sour cream
Chicken Artichoke Brie Soup

In a large saucepan, melt butter over medium heat
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 medium carrots, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 stalks celery, sliced (1 cup)
- 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 14-ounce cans chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups half-and-half, light cream or whole milk
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked chicken or turkey
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 of an 8- or 9-ounce package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 of a 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained
- 1 4 1/2-ounce round Brie or Camembert cheese, rind removed and cut up
- Croutons (optional)
Pretty Peach Soup

Place raspberries in a blender; cover and process until blended
- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries, thawed
- 3 cups fresh or frozen peaches, thawed
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 cup peach nectar
- 1 cup (8 ounces) plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup sugar, optional
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
