Peanut Butter Cups

Mix together and pour into candy cups
- 3/4 c peanut butter
- 3/4 c powdered sugar
- 1 T melted butter
- 12 oz dipping chocolate
- 24 small candy cups
Mounds Coconut Cream Eggs

In a large bowl, stir together butter, corn syrup, vanilla and salt
- 6 T butter, melted
- 1/3 c light corn syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 c powdered sugar (additional)
- 3 1/4 c sweetened coconut flakes
- Hershey's "Simply Stirred" chocolate coating

- 4 sq semi-sweet chocolate
- T water
- 1/4 c sugar
- 2 T butter
Perfect Pasta Supper w/ Ham

Melt butter in large frying pan over medium-low heat
- 12 oz fettucine or linguini, cooked and drained
- 1/2 c (1 stick) butter
- 1/2 c whipping or heavy cream
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 t finely minced onion
- 1/8 t nutmeg
- Dash salt & pepper
- 1 1/2 c shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c diced or shredded ham

- 1 bunch broccoli rabe or broccoli (about 1 pound)
- 1 large red pepper
- 1 large yellow pepper
- 1 large onion
- 1 pound medium-sized mushrooms
- 1 pound smoked turkey or cooked turkey breast
- 1/2 12-ounce package fettuccine noodles or 6 ounces egg noodles
- olive oil
- 1 9-ounce package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed
- salt
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 t vanilla
- 1 egg

- 3 cups (24 ounces) 4% cottage cheese
- 3 cups frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Additional shredded cheddar cheese, optional
