- 1 onion
- 1 c celery
- 2 c water
- 1 green pepper (optional)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can chicken rice soup
- 1/2 c uncooked rice
- crushed corn flakes (optional)
Caramel Corn Clusters

Combine caramels, sugar and water in saucepan
- 1 package caramels (about 28)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 quarts popped popcorn
- 1 cup peanuts
Baked Almond Chicken

Place flour in a shallow bowl
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon butter, melted, divided
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1-1/2 cups whipping cream
- 1/3 cup dry bread crumbs
- 3/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- Hot cooked pasta
Oreo Truffles

Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying the foil with nonstick cooking spray
- 1 bag Oreos
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz white or dark chocolate, melted (use more)
Ham Casserole

Melt 1/4 c butter; stir in flour
- Cheese Sauce:
- 2 c diced, cooked ham
- 2 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
- 16 oz canned green beans
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c flour
- 2 c milk
- 1 c American cheese
- Crumb Mixture:
- 1 1/2 c bread crumbs
- 2 T butter
Cheddar Dill Muffins

In a large bowl, combine the first six ingredients
- 3-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons baking powder
- 2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Dill Weed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1-3/4 cups milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Walnut Ham Linguine

Cook pasta according to package directions
- 1 package (16 ounces) linguine or thin spaghetti
- 2 to 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup olive or vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1/2 pound fully cooked ham slices, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley

BLT Bites

Cut a thin slice off of each tomato top
- 16-20 cherry tomatoes
- 1 lb bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 c mayo
- 1/3 c chopped green onion
- 3 T grated Parmesan
- 2 T snipped fresh parsley
