Spinach Dip

Combine all ingredients and chill 2 hours
- 1 package (10 oz) baby spinach, chopped, or 1 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed ad squeezed dry
- 1 container (16 oz) sour cream
- 1 cup real mayonnaise
- 1 package Knorr vegetable recipe mix
- 1 can (8 oz) water chestnuts, chopped and drained
- 3 green onions
Chocolate Ice Box Pie

Bill's favorite chocolate pie from Luby's
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1 T. butter
- 7 T. cornstarch
- 3 extra large egg yolks
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1 cup miniature marshmallows
- 1 baked 9-inch pie shell
- Sweetened whipped cream, as needed
- Chocolate curls
Pecan Chicken

1. Combine first 6 ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. ground pecan
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1 T. paprika
- 1 1/2 t. salt
- 1/8 t. pepper
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 8 5 oz. chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/4 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Hyde Park Bar & Grill Wom Kim Peach Pudding

Preheat oven to 350 degrees 1
- 14 oz. butter at room temperature
- 3 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 lg. eggs at room temperature
- 2 t. vanilla extract
- 3 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 T. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. Kosher salt
- 1 2/3 lbs. frozen sliced peaches (not in syrup)
- 1 2/3 cups buttermilk
Dill Carrots

1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a large saucepan; bring to a boil
- 3/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/2 t. whole dried dill weed
- 1/2 t. mixed pickling spices
- 1 dash salt
- 1 package baby carrots, sixteen ounces
Risotto, Basil Mushroom

1. Combine chicken broth and basil leaves in a large saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat
- 5 cups chicken broth
- 10 fresh basil leaves
- 1 T. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 c. sliced shallots
- 1 c. organic mushrooms
- 1 c. risotto rice
Ham & Cheese Sliders

In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise and miracle whip
- 24 good white dinner rolls
- 24 pieces good honey ham
- 24 small slices Swiss cheese
- 2/3 cup miracle whip
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- Poppy seed sauce
- 1 Tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 Tablespoon minced onion
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Pizza Dough

1. Dissolve yeast in warm water (105 - 115 degrees)
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t. sugar
- 3/4 t. salt
- 3 T. olive oil
Pico de Strawberries

Combine chopped onion, strawberries, jalapeno pepper, cilantro, lime juice, and sugar in a medium bowl
- 1 c. sweet onion, chopped
- 1 bag frozen strawberries thawed and chopped
- 1 fresh jalapeno pepper, stem and seeds removed
- 1/4 c. chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 c. sugar
Waffles

1. Sift dry ingredients together and set aside in a large bowl
- 2 cups flour
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. baking powder
- 1 t. baking soda
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup (2 sticks) butter
