  • Dipping sauce:
  • 1/2 c plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 T orange juice
  • 1 T honey
  • Patties:
  • 2 large sweet potatoes (about 1 1/2 lbs)
  • 1 1/2 T butter, softened
  • 1 1/4 c panko bread crumbs
  • 3 green onions, white and light green parts, finely chopped
  • 1/2 c toasted pecan halves, finely chopped
  • 3 T finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • Vegetable oil, for frying
