- 1 3/4 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for mini muffin tins
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder, plus more for mini muffin tins
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped

- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
