- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 20 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute or 1 1/4 cups Splenda granular
Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet
- 8 slices bacon
- 2 heads fresh broccoli, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 large red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/8 cup white sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
My Mud Pie

Crumb cookies- mix with melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 quarts ice cream
- Chocolate cookies---Nabisco wafers-hydrox-oreos—about 20
- 3-4 Tablespoons butter melted
- (3 Tablespoons sugar if you use Nabisco Wafers)
Pumpkin Pecan Pie Squares

Using pastry blender, combine crust ingredients until crumbly
- Crust:
- 1cup1 cup sifted flour
- 1/2cup1/2 cup quick cooking oats
- 1/2cup1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1/2cup1/2cup butter, softened
- Filling:
- 1can1 can pumpkin (2 cups)
- 1large can1 large can evaporated milk (12 ounces)
- 22 eggs
- 3/4cup3/4 cup white sugar
- 1teaspoon1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2teaspoon1/2teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- Topping:
- 1/2cup1/2cup chopped pecans
- 1/2cup1/2cup brown sugar, packed
- 2Tablespoons2 Tablespoons butter, softened
Chunky Tomato-Basil Bisque Recipe

In a large saucepan, saute the celery, onion and red pepper in butter for 5-6 minutes or until tender
- 6 celery ribs, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, cubed
- 3 cans (14-1/2 ounces each) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 3/4 cup loosely packed basil leaves, coarsely chopped
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1-1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 can progresso hearty tomato soup

Combine soft cream cheese, margarine, sugar and vanilla mixing until well blended
- 1 8 ounce package cram cheese
- 3/4 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sifted cake flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Favorite Barbecued Spareribs

Preheat oven to 350. Ribs in roasting pan 45 minutes
- Sauce:
- 5 pounds spareribs cut in serving size pieces
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup chili sauce
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
- 2 cloves garlic crushed

- 1 cup butter or margarine
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
Pumpkin Pie Squares

follow directions above
- 1/2 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- Combine in mixing bowl. mix until crumbly
- with electric mixer on low speed. Press into
- in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
- 1 lb. pumpkin
- 13 1/2 oz evaporated milk
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cut sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- combine above in mixing bowl. Beat well, pour onto crust.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cut brown sugar
- 2 T. butter
- Combine and sprinkle over pumpkin filling.
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is set.
- Cool in pan and cut in 2 inch squares. Makes 2 dozen.
