  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup 1/2cup brown sugar, packed

  • 1/2 cup Quick cooking rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • Combine in mixing bowl. mix until crumbly
  • with electric mixer on low speed. Press into
  • in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes
  • 1 lb. pumpkin
  • 13 1/2 oz evaporated milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cut sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • combine above in mixing bowl. Beat well, pour onto crust.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cut brown sugar
  • 2 T. butter
  • Combine and sprinkle over pumpkin filling.
  • Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until filling is set.
  • Cool in pan and cut in 2 inch squares. Makes 2 dozen.
