z Bath, Sink, Tile Cleaner

NOTE: Ideally, mix this one in a SQUIRT bottle, not a SPRAY bottle
- 2/3 Cup baking soda
- 1/2 Cup castile soap
- 2 Tablespoons vinegar
- 1/2 Cup water
- A few drops of Tea Tree oil
Pineapple Banana & Coconut Cream Smoothie

Blend everything in Vita-Mix, Magic Bullet, or blender until smooth
- The remainder is optional:
- 1 banana (previously frozen is ideal but not essential)
- 1 c pineapple (I used canned in juice, but fresh would be great)
- 1/2 c coconut milk (canned, fresh, cream of coconut, or coconut creme concentrate)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 c ice cubes
- 1/4 c sugar, optional or to taste (or honey, agave, sugar, stevia, vanilla NuNaturals stevia drops to taste)
- 1/3 c additional fruit (such strawberries, mango, peaches, plums, nectarines, papaya, honeydew, cantaloupe, etc.)
- 1/4 c yogurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop neutral or vanilla flavored protein powder
- top with a handful of coconut flakes, granola, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, raisins
- For a pina colada add 1 to 2 ounces rum (dark rum, light rum, Malibu)
Glaze Icing Recipe

Mix the powdered sugar along with corn syrup and water and extract until it’s smooth and creamy
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons water (more may be needed)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ( or flavor of your choice)
- a few drops of food coloring (I use Americolor gel colors)

- 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, grated
- 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded/grated
- 1/4 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
- 2 ounces pepperoni, sliced
- 2 tablespoons green pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons black olives, sliced

Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper, put into crock pot
- 3/4 pound chicken (of your choice)
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/8 cup chopped onion (or 1/16 cup onion flakes)
- 1/8 cup ketchup
- 1 Tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Crispy Chicken with Creamy Italian Sauce and Bowtie Pasta

1. In a small food processor crush the corn flakes into crumbs
- Sauce:
- 3 large chicken breasts
- 5 C corn flakes
- 3/4 C flour
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 C milk
- 6 T olive oil
- 1 12 oz package bowtie noodles (farfalle)
- 1 10 oz container Philadelphia Cooking Cream (Italian Cheese and Herb Flavor)
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 C chicken broth
- 1/2 C milk
- fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Line a 8" square pan with wax paper
- 2 c semi sweet choc chips
- 1 (8oz) tub of Cool Whip (thawed but not melted)
- 2 c choc candy coating wafer melts - not Choc Bark

Preheat oven 350F, with racks in upper and lower thirds
- Glazed Citrus Doodles
- 2 3/4 cups all purpose flour (spooned and leveled)
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp fine salt
- 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temp
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 Tbsp grated orange zest, plus 3 Tbsp juice (2 oranges)
- 4 tsp lemon zest, plus 3 Tbsp juice (from 2 lemons)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
Taco Bake

- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 pkg. crescent rolls (8)
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes (optional)
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- Dorito chips

- 1 cup of Milk
- 2 tablespoons of Nutella
- Pinch of Cinnamon
- Whipped Cream
