Peppermint Biscotti Recipe

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar
- FROSTING:
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup Imperial Sugar® / Dixie Crystals® Granulated Sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 teaspoons peppermint extract
- 3-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
- 2 cups (12 ounces) semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons shortening
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Carrot cake

Mix with blender until combined
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- 1 cup cooking oil

- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup of very drained crushed pineapple

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 1/2 cups Salted Caramel Sauce, recipe follows
- 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon gray sea salt, crushed or kosher salt
Blackberry Pie Bars

- FRUIT FILLING:
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) unsalted butter, chilled
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup flour
- Pinch salt
- Zest of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 (16-ounce) packages frozen blackberries, thawed and drained
Caramel Corn

Preheat oven to 200 degrees F
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups packed brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
Warm Sausage Dip

Bake till warm through out
- Brown 1# Bob Evans Breakfast Sausage
- Add 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes (either regular or lime and cilantro) Barely drain before adding to sausage
- Soften 1 12 oz. Package cream cheese in microwave just to soften- add to sausage mix.
- Add 1 package Sazon Goya Con Culantro Achiote Seasoning mix packet. in Mexican section of store.
Mom-Mom Peanut Butter Cookies

- 1 cup peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

1. Potatoes: Toss in bag with ¼ cup olive oil, dried parsley, garlic and onion powder and paprika
- 1 cup Yukon Gold Potatoes Cut In 1” Cubes
- 2 heads Escarole
- 1/2 cup Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
- 8 oz Chicken Broth
- 1/2 Tea. Onion & Garlic Powder
- 4 oz Thinly Sliced Hard Salami
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
- 6 Minced Garlic Cloves
- 1/2 cup Romano Cheese
- 1/2 Chopped Vidalia Onion
- Freshly Chopped Parsley
PEANUT BUTTER CUPS

Slowly melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler over hot, not boiling water
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 package (12 ounce) Hershey’s milk chocolate chips
- In a small bowl mix the peanut butter, salt, and powdered sugar until firm.
- (I used a mixer).
