  • 4-8 oz packs of cream cheese
  • 1-16 oz sour cream
  • 1/8 cup melted butter
  • 2 Tablespoon corn starch
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon lemon Juice
  • 6 eggs
  • Crust
  • 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs Sometimes I use chocolate graham crackers and crunch them up fine I think Oreo has a mix of chocolate crumbs I have used
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • I always put some walnuts in the mix also
  • Maybe a 1/2 to 3/4 cup leave them about bite size.
