Cheese cake

Mix all in mixer for about 5 minutes sometimes I don't add the lemon juice
- Cheese cake
- 4-8 oz packs of cream cheese
- 1-16 oz sour cream
- 1/8 cup melted butter
- 2 Tablespoon corn starch
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon lemon Juice
- 6 eggs
- Crust
- 1 3/4 cups graham cracker crumbs Sometimes I use chocolate graham crackers and crunch them up fine I think Oreo has a mix of chocolate crumbs I have used
- 1/3 cup butter melted
- 1/4 cup sugar
- I always put some walnuts in the mix also
- Maybe a 1/2 to 3/4 cup leave them about bite size.
Gooey Butterscotch Bars Recipe

In a large bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, pudding mix, butter and egg
- 1 package (17-1/2 ounces) sugar cookie mix
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant butterscotch pudding mix
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg
- 14 ounces Werther's® Original Chewy Caramels
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups mixed nuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
Peppermint Meltaways Recipe

In a small bowl, cream butter and confectioners' sugar until light and fluffy
- FROSTING:
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 2 to 3 drops red food coloring, optional
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Baked Stuffed Veal Breast

From Great Grandma Ruta from Italy 1800
- 1 veal breast (have butcher make pocket)
- 6 eggs
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 loaf Italian bread (day old)
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
- 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 large onion
Golden Chicken Cordon Bleu Recipe

Flatten chicken to 1/4-in
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 2 slices deli ham (3/4 ounce each)
- 2 slices Swiss cheese (3/4 ounce each)
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons 2% milk
- 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Onion Dip

Combine all ingredients and put in baking dish

Italian Cream Cake

Cream together the sugar, butter and Crisco
- Cake:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 stick butter – room temp
- 1/2 cup Crisco
- 5 eggs - divided
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 2 cups flour (I used cake flour. Just add 2 tablespoons MORE cake flour per cup of regular flour)
- 1 cup chopped nuts
- 2 cups coconut
Portuguese Peppers

Cut peppers into 1/4 to 1/2" wide rings
- 1 bushel -Portugese red or green hot peppers
- 1 gallon white vinegar
- 3 qts. Water
- 1/4 gal. Wesson oil ( do not use olive oil)
- 2 cups canning salt
- 1/2 cup oregano
- 2 heads garlic

Put syrup in pan stir in sugar with butter bring to boil turn off add peanut butter stir well add corn flakes
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 table spoon butter
- 6 cups corn flakes

Preparation: Before start preparing the cake preheat the oven to 350 F
- For the filling:
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup Dutch Process Cocoa Powder
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 14 oz bag sweetened, shredded coconut
- For the frosting:
- 1/3 cup cream of coconut (I buy this in a squeeze bottle with the drink mixers)
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter, slightly softened
- For the ganache:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
