Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate chips in these scrumptious cookies!
- 3/4 cups (1 1/2 sticks) Parkay spread sticks
- 1 cup each granulated and firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 (11.5-ounce) package Baker’s milk chocolate chips
Snicker Doodles

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon reserve
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 2 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Super Bowl Cookie Bars

Similar to s'mores, the only thing missing is the marshmallows which works for me
- 1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cups Hershey’s Cocoa
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup margarine or butter melted
- 1 (14-ounce) can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 2 cups (12-ounce) package Hershey’s semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Hershey’s butterscotch chips or Reese peanut butter chips
- 1 (3 1/2-ounce) can flaked coconut (1 1/3-cups)
- 1 cup nuts, chopped
Blackberry Cake

- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. blackberry jam
- 3 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. boiling water
Honey-Mustard Chicken Wings

Line two 15-inch x 10-inch x 1-inch baking pans with foil; grease the foil
- 4 lb. whole chicken wings
- 1/2 c. spicy brown mustard
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. butter, cubed
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. ground turmeric

- 4-5 lb. beef roast (can be left over)
- 4-5 lb. pork roast (can be left over)
- 3-4 large onions (diced)

Broccoli Cheese Soup

- 10 oz. broccoli, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. half-and-half or light cream
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. chicken broth (or vegetable)
- 2 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp. butter
- 5 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
