SPICEY CRAB AND SHRIMP SOUP

Cook butter, onion, and celery about 7 minutes
- 6 Tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 Cup onion
- 1/2 Cup celery
- 2 Bottles of clam juice (8 oz)
- 1 Can chicken broth (14-16 oz)
- 1 Can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 1 1/2 Cups of tomato juice
- 2 Tablespoons of dry sherry
- 1/4 Cup of barley
- 1 Bay leaf
- 1 Tablespoon of Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 Teaspoon of Old Bay
- 1 Teaspoon of oregano
- 1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 Teaspoon Tobasco
- 1/4 Teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lb Medium shrimp
- 1/2 lb Crab meat
Shrimp Aegeau

Prepare all ingredients before hand
- 1 1/2 to 2 lbs shrimp
- 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup green onions
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup white wine
- Parsley
- Black pepper
- Oregano
- 1/2 package frozen spinach
- 1/2 can chicken broth
- 5 oz. feta cheese
- Pinch of salt
- 2 lbs pasta
Coconut Shrimp

Marinate shrimp in lemon juice, salt, ginger, and curry powder for 1-2 hours
- 1 pound small raw shrimp (shelled and de-veined)
- 1/3 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 1/4 cups skimmed milk
- 1/2 cup Coco Casa Cream of Coconut
- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) can of flaked coconut oil
Chicken Piccata with Pasta & Mushrooms

Cook pasta as directed. Meanwhile, whisk 5 teaspoons flour and broth in a small bowl until smooth
- 6 ounces whole-wheat angel hair pasta
- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, divided
- 2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 4 chicken cutlets (3/4-1 pound total), trimmed
- 3 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil, divided
- 1 10 ounce package mushrooms, sliced
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons capers, rinsed
- 2 teaspoons butter
Crab-topped Tilapia

- 4 tilapia fillets (5 oz. each)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 cup finely chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion

- 2 1/2 teaspoons butter, melted, divided
- 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup fat-free milk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice

- dash hot pepper sauce

Turkey Rice Krispie Pop Treats

In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat
- 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine
- 1 pkg (10 oz) marshmallows
- 6 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal
- 24 lollipop sticks or ice cream sticks
- 1 pkg (12 oz) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
- 1 tablespoon Crisco vegetable oil
- 1 1/3 cups of candy corn
- 48 small white candies
Chili

In a large saucepan, cook sausage and ground beef over medium heat until meat is no longer pink, drain
- 1 pound Johnsonville Ground Mild Italian Sausage
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 celery ribs, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 cans (14.5 oz.) diced tomatoes with green peppers and onions
- 2 cans (16 oz.) kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) beef broth
- 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- Cheddar cheese, shredded (optional)
Creamy Baked Chicken

Arrange chicken in a lightly greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish
- 4 whole chicken breasts, split, and skinned.
- 8 (4x4) slices Swiss cheese
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter melted
Crescent Sloppy Joes

- 1/2 lb lean (80%) ground beef
- 1/4 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (1 oz.)
- 1 can (8oz.) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
