Baked Shrimp Scampi

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F
- 2 pounds (12-15 per pound) shrimp in shell
- 3 tablespoons good olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dry white wine
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 12 tablespoons (1 1/2 sticks) unsalted butter at room temperature
- 4 teaspoons minced garlic (4 cloves)
- 1/4 cup minced shallots
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 extra-large egg yolk
- 2/3 cup panko (Japanese dried bread flakes)
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Spaghetti Carbonara

Cook spaghetti. Meanwhile cook bacon in 12 inch skillet until crisp
- 1 lb thin spaghetti
- 8 slices bacon cut into 1 inch strips
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
- 4 tablespoons butter cut into pieces
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 eggs (room temperature) lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Salmon Salad

Pepperoni Bread

- 1 (1 pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
- 1 egg beaten
- 4 oz. sliced pepperoni sausage
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
Magic Marshmallow Crescent Puffs

Heat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons Pillsbury BEST all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cans (8 oz. each) Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- 16 large marshmallows
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2-3 teaspoons milk
- 1/4 cup Fisher Chef's Naturals chopped nuts

- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Maryland Crab Soup

Place whole tomatoes, water, vegetables, chopped onion, Old Bay seasoning, and beef broth in a pot
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 3 cups water
- frozen veggies (1/2 to whole bag - judge by looking - use whole bag for double batch)
- 2 tablespoon chopped onion
- Red potatoes (cut up into bite size)
- 2 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 pound crabmeat

Place a heavy bottomed pot over medium-high heat and add 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Olive oil
- 1 onion (diced)
- 3 garlic cloves (sliced thin)
- 1 tablespoon Fennel seeds
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup beef or chicken stock
- 2 cups fresh pureed tomato
- 6 sausage links (cut into meatball-size pieces)

At least 3 hours or the night before, mix the dry rub ingredients in a small bowl
- Dry rub:
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground dried ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 slabs of baby back pork ribs, preferably 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 pounds each, membranes removed.
- Sauce:
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ginger in syrup, plus 2 tablespoons syrup from the jar
- 2 tablespoons Chinese oyster sauce
- 2 green onions, minced
- 1 teaspoon rice or white vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon butter
