Buttermilk Fried Green Beans

Trim, rinse, and thoroughly dry the green beans
- 1 lb. green beans
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cornmeal
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 tsp. salt plus more for sprinkling
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne (optional but delicious)
- Oil for frying
Southern Home Cooked Pole Beans

This is a true southern dish
- 2 lbs of fresh pole beans
- 3 slices bacon
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
PHILADELPHIA Fruit Pizza

HEAT oven to 375°F. LINE 12-inch pizza pan with foil; spray with cooking spray
- 1 pkg. (16.5 oz.) refrigerated sliceable sugar cookies, sliced
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 4 cups assorted fresh fruit (kiwi and strawberry slices, red and black raspberries, drained canned mandarin oranges)
- 1/4 cup apricot preserves, pressed through sieve to remove lumps
- 1 Tbsp. water
Easy Apple-Cranberry Slaw

MIX dressing and syrup in large bowl
- 1/3 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped red onions
Hot 'N Spicy Corn Dip

HEAT oven to 350°F. MIX all ingredients except chili powder until blended
- 2 cups frozen corn, thawed, well drained
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
- 1 large tomato, chopped
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped pickled jalapeño peppers
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder

- 1 can (16.3 oz) Pillsbury® Grands!® Homestyle refrigerated corn biscuits
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coarse-grained Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pouch (20 oz) Progresso® smokehouse pork & beef chili with beans, if desired
Maple-Baked Apple Chicken

Lemon Monkey Bread

1 Heat oven to 350°F. Generously spray 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with cooking spray
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp grated lemon peel
- 1 box (4serving size) lemon pudding and pie filling mix ( not instant )
- 2 cans (16.3oz) grands flaky layers butter tastin refrigerated biscuits
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 to 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 to 2 drops yellow food color

- 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of potato soup
- 2 cups frozen Southern-style hash browns
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 2 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
