Cool Raspberry Soup Recipe

Directions In a blender, puree raspberries, water and wine if desired
- 1 package (20 ounces) frozen unsweetened raspberries, thawed

- 1/2 cup sugar

- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. sugar, divided

- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs

- 4 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 4 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 24 frozen uncooked cleaned medium shrimp, thawed
- 12 fresh pineapple chunks (1 inch)
Buffalo Chicken Panini

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup mild buffalo wing sauce

- 1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box
- 2 cups shredded pepper Jack cheese (8 oz)

- 1 tblsp vegetable oil
- 3 lbs 90% lean ground beef

- 3 cloves feel good peeled garlic minced
- 4 tblsp worchestershire sauce
- 7 tblsp chili powder
- 2 tsp ground cumin

- 1-15.5 oz can dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1-15.5oz can italian classics cannelloni beans, drained and rinsed
- 2-12 oz btls wegmans chili sauce
- 1-14.5oz can beef broth
