  • 1 c. cooked turkey (cubed)
  • 1/4 c. shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 c. shredded asiago cheese

  • 15 cherry tomatoes
  • basil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • 1 bag spiral pasta

In saucepot, cook broccoli and snow peas in salted water 2 minutes

  • 1 head broccoli, cut into florets (1 buy package of florets) 2 c.
  • 1/4 lb. snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 red onion (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 red pepper (seeded and cubed)
  • 1 14 oz. can baby corn (drained)
  • 1/2 c. shredded carrots
  • 1/2 c unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 T sugar
  • 2 T corn syrup
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
  • 1 T toasted sesame seeds
