Swiss Cashew Tossed Salad

- 1/3 c. white vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. grated onion
- Dash of salt
- 1 c oil
- 1 tsp. poppy seeds
- Romaine lettuce
- 1 c. salted cashew halves
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese (julienned)
Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting

Cream the butter and cream cheese together with a mixer and gradually add the sugar and cocoa
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 tbs unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder, sifted
Hot and Spicy Cranberry Dip

In a medium sauce pan, combine ingredients and bring to a boil
- 1 jar Williams-Sonoma cranberry orange relish
- 1 -2 T prepared horseradish (optional)
- 2 T honey
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1-2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper ( more if you want it hot)
- 1 cream cheese
Buttery Coconut Bars

Preheat oven too 350 degrees
- Filling:
- 2 c flour
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 c flour
- /4 c packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c melted butter
- 3 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 c flaked coconut
Herb Butter

Place one stick of butter in bowl to soften
- 1 1/2 T dry white wine
- 1 T finely chopped green onion
- 2 tsp. minced parsley
- 1 tsp. minced thyme
- 1/2 tsp. finely chopped garlic

- 2 1/2 c. potatoes
- 1/2 c chopped ham
- 1 green onion (chopped)
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c flour
- 1/4 c oil
Snickerdoodle Bread

Cream butter, sugar, salt and cinnamon until fluffy
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 cup butter softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1 pkg. Hershey's cinnamon chips
- 3 TB sugar
- 3 tsp. cinnamon
Cool Cucumber Salad

Place salad mix on serving platter
- 1 5 oz. package salad mix
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 10 cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 5 radishes, halved and sliced
- 1/2 c. olive oil and vinegar dressing (Newman's Own)

Slow Cooker 'Crack' Chicken

In a slow cooker combine place chicken, cream cheese, and Ranch seasoning
- 2lbs2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
- 2(8 oz) blocks2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese (I got a little crazy and added a package of BACON Cream Cheese. AND Philly happens to make Jalapeno Cream Cheese too, which would make this a little spicy, which would be fantastic!
- If you do use a flavored (savory) cream cheese, use only one flavored with one plain, otherwise it’s just too much. Trust me on this)
