- Combine the flour and confectioners sugar, cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into the bottom of a greased 11 x 7 x 2in baking. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
- 4-6 c. diced rhubarb
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 lg. pkg. yellow cake mix (dry)
- 1 stick butter, melted
- 1 1/2 c. water (1 c. if rhubarb was frozen)
