- 1 1 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded (1-ounce)
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Chicken Chow Mein

Prep the noodles according
- 8 oz fresh egg noodles or steamed chow mein/chow mein
- 4 oz chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 3-4 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 oz cabbage, finely sliced
- 1/2 small carrot, peeled and cut into thin strips
- 1 heaping tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon dark soy sauce, optional, for coloring purpose
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons water
- 3 dashes white pepper powder
- Pinch of salt
- 4 oz bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
- 2 stalks scallion, cut into 2-inch lengths
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
Creamy Carolina Potato Salad

Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil
- 2 pounds red potatoes
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 (4 ounce) jar chopped pimento peppers
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 pinch paprika, or as desired

Heat everything together
- 40 Cranberry meatballs, One can cranberry sauce, whole or jelly, and a bottle of tomato type chili sauce and frozen Costco meatballs, not the whole bag, approx. 40 balls. Just heat everything together.

- 1/4 tsp. basil, optional
- 1 tsp. thyme, optional
