BBQ Chicken Zesty in Crockpot

Place chicken in crockpot
- BBQ Sauce
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
- 1 pkg chicken breast (3-5 lbs)
Cracker Barrel Hashbrown Casserole

Place potatoes in a greased 9x13 inch pan
- 1 (2 pound) package frozen hash browns
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup margarine or even butter works very well also
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups grated Colby cheese (personal note--I prefer sharp cheddar)
Pumpkin Crunch Cake

Mix eggs, sugar, salt and cinnamon together
- 3 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Can Pumpkin
- 1 Can Evaporated Milk
- 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix
- 1 Cup Butter, Melted
Crunchy No-Fry Chicken

Heat the oven to 400°F. Pour the broth into a shallow bowl
- 1/4 cup Swanson® Chicken Broth or Swanson® Chicken Stock
- 3/4 cup finely crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon ground red pepper
- 1 1/4 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Ice Cream Sandwich Cake

Unwrap and line bottom of 9" x 13" pan with approximately 11-12 ice cream sandwiches
- approximately 22-24 ice cream sandwiches
- 1 pint of butterscotch caramel ice cream topping
- 12 oz. cool whip
- slivered almonds (optional)
Bacon Ranch Chicken

Combine the first 5 ingredients
- 2 tbsp Real Bacon Bits
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranchy Dressing Mix
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 4-5 Boneless skinless chicken breasts.
Crispy Peanut Butter Balls

Combine peanut butter, butter and confectioners sugar in large bowl
- 2 cups crunchy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 lb. confectioners' sugar
- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- Dipping chocolate
- (Creamy peanut butter is just as good, but add 1/4 more of Rice Krispies if you use creamy)
German Chocolate Brownie Cookies

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups brown sugar, packed
- 2/3 cup vegetable shortening (I used butter flavored)
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups semi-sweet or Bittersweet chocolate chips
- Glaze
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk (not condensed!)
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup butter, softened, salted is best
- 2 large egg yolks, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans which have been toasted
- 1/2 cup sweetened flaked coconut
No Bake Almond Christmas Candy

Melt bark in microwave. Place all other ingredients in a very large bowl and mix
- 2 lb. almond bark
- 1 cup dry roasted peanuts
- 2 cups minature marshmallows
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
- 2 Cups Captain Crunch peanut butter cereal
Slow Cooker Cheesy Potato Soup

1 In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix potatoes, onion, celery, broth and water
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen southern-style diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped onion (from 12-oz bag), thawed
- 1 medium stalk celery, diced (1/2 cup)
- 1 carton (32-oz) Progresso® chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 bag (8 oz) shredded American-Cheddar cheese blend (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup real bacon pieces (from 2.8-oz package)
- 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
