BBQ Beans with Beef

Brown ground beef and onions; pour off excess fat
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cans (about 15 1/2 oz. each) pork and beans
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Potato Soup Crockpot Recipe

In a crock pot, combine first 5 ingredients
- 8 cups diced potatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 3 cans (14 1.2 oz. each) chicken broth
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 pkg (8 oz.) cream cheese, cubed
- 1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- snipped chives (optional)
Beef Taco Skillet

Cook the beef in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until well browned, stirring often to separate meat
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup (Regular or Healthy Request®)
- 1/2 cup Pace® Picante Sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 6 flour tortillas (6-inch), cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Quick & Savory Minestrone

Heat olive oil in large pot over medium-high heat
- 1 1/2 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 3/4 cup carrots, diced
- 1/3 pound green beans, trimmed and cut into small pieces, about 1/2 inch (this will be about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Kosher salt
- Black pepper
- 1 28-oz can of no-salt-added diced tomatoes
- 1 14-oz can crushed tomatoes
- 3 Tbsp vegetable base (I use Better Than Bouillon)
- 5 cups water
- 1 15-oz low-sodium kidney beans, drained/rinsed
- 1 cup whole-wheat shell pasta
- 1 cup barley

Doritos Cheesy Chicken Casserole

Don't doubt the Doritos, they really make the dish delicious
- 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 cups salsa, or 1 can Rotel Tomatoes
- 1 can corn, drained
- 2 cups Mexican cheese, shredded
- 1 bag nacho cheese Doritos
CHOCOLATE-PEANUT BUTTER MOUSSE PIE

Mix graham cracker crumbs, chopped peanuts and melted butter
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/3 cup honey-roasted peanuts finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons butter (room temperature)
- 1 1/2 cups whipping cream (divided)
- (1) 14 ounce can of sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- (2) 3 ounce cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
Hash Brown Potatoes

Mix all ingredients. Place in a 9 X 13 pam
- 2 lbs. Frozen Hash Browns
- 1/2 Cup Butter, melted
- 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Pint Sour Cream
- 2 Cups. shredded American Cheese
- TBSP Salt
- 2 TBSP Minced Onion

A light and fluffy dessert mix of orange Jello, vanilla pudding, pineapples and mandarin oranges with whipped cream...
- 1 large package Cook and Serve vanilla pudding
- 1 large package orange Jell-o
- 2 cups water
- 1 container (16 ounce) Cool-Whip (lite or fat-free is fine)
- 1/2 bag mini marshmallows
- 1 can pineapple tidbits (any size, depending on your preference)
- 1 can mandarin oranges (any size, depending on your preference)
- 2 bananas, sliced (optional, put in before serving so they don't turn brown in the fridge)
