Apple Crisp for Crockpot

In a large bowl combine apples, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon zest
- 6 cups apples, thinly sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 2 cups bread crumbs, softened
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 lemon, juice and zest
Bread Pudding for Crockpot

In a mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla
- 4 cups milk
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 6 cups dry French bread cubes
- 2/3 cup raisins
PASTA FAGIOLI SOUP

Cut the fresh rosemary leaves into small pieces (taking care not to mince too small)
- 2 pkg Chicken Broth
- 3 cans Canellini Beans
- 1/4 cup Fresh Rosemary
- 3 cloves Fresh Garlic
- 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
- Salt & Pepper, to taste
- 1 lb Ditalini Pasta
- 2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Romano Grated Cheese, optional
CHICKEN POT PIE

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix soup, vegetables (may use fresh vegetables), chicken, and broth
- 1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup or
- Campbell's Chicken or Turkey Pot Pie Soup
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 1/2 cups cubed, cooked chicken or turkey
- 3/4 cup chicken broth combined with 3 tablespoons flour
- 2 Pillsbury pie shells
