DAFFODIL CAKE

- 1 tsp. lemon flavor

- 1 medium lemon
- 1/3 cup butter, cubed
- 4 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed

- 1/2 cup granulated sugar

- 2 cups of thin sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup of celery, diced small
- 1/2 cup of diced bell pepper

- 1 soup can of warmed water
