cranberry spinach salad

Combine spinach, romaine, almonds and cranberries
- 3/4 c. slivered almonds
- 1 lb. spinach, rinsed and torn in to bite size pieces
- 1 head romaine, rinsed and torn in to bite size pieces
- 1 c. dried cranberries
- dressing ingredients
- 2 T. toasted sesame seeds
- 1 T. poppy seeds
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/4 t. paprika
- 1/4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Quinoa - Cold Asian Salad

1.In a large bowl combine quinoa, spinach, oranges, cranberries, green onions and parsley
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 2 cups spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup Mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup Asian Chia Seed Salad Dressing (more or less to taste) or store brought Asian Dressing
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- Peanuts (optional)
Potato - Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

These rich and creamy potatoes are absolutely delicious
- 5 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Nutmeg, Ground
- 3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 12 slices bacon, crispy cooked and crumbled (about 1/2 cup)
Three Bean Salad

- 1 can red kidney beans
- 1 can slant cut wax beans
- 1 can slant cut green beans
- 1 white onion chopped
- 3 stalks of celery, cut
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 2/3 cup white vinegar
Ham and Cheese PotatoCasserole

Breakfast Casserole- make ahead and can freeze
- 2 cans cream of celery condensed soup (10 3/4 oz)
- 2 cups of sour cream (16 ozs)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 packages frozen diced potatoes (28 ozs. each)
- 1 package of velveeta cheese (16 ozs.); cube cheese
- 2 1/2 cups fully cooked ham,cubed
