Lamb - Rosemary and Garlic Roasted Leg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Using hands rub the lamb all over with lemon juice
- 1 leg of lamb (bone in) 6-7 lbs
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tbls chopped fresh rosemary leaves
- 1 tbls sale
- 2 tsp ground black pepper
- SAUCE
- 1 cup fresh chopped herbs (rosemary, chives and parsley)
- 2 cups diced onion
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 cup red wine
