Kool-Aid Sugar Cookies

Make fun and colorful cookies with this Kool-Aid cookie recipe
- 3/4 cup shortening
- 1 stick unsalted butter or margarine, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 cup presweetened Kool-Aid, your favorite flavor
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
Sausage Roll Ups with Buttermilk Syrup

Sausage Roll Ups 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls 8 breakfast sausage links Preheat oven to 375 degrees

- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 8 breakfast sausage links
- Buttermilk Syrup
- 1 1/2 cups buttermilk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
Olive Garden's Braised Beef and Tortelloni

Dredge beef in flour and sear in olive oil in a large skillet with a cover
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1/4 C. flour
- 2 lb. beef short ribs or sirloin (I used sirloin)
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 white onion, finely diced
- 1 14-oz can petite diced tomatoes, undrained
- 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced (the Olive Garden Braised Beef & Tortelloni uses Portobell0 mushrooms)
- 1 1/4 C. Marsala wine (found in your grocery store near the vinegar)
- 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning (or thyme, basil, and oregano to taste)
- Cracked black pepper (to taste)
- 1 bag or container cheese tortellini, prepared
Hot Vanilla

Start with the topping. In a medium bowl, whip 1/2 cup of whipping cream until it's frothy
- 1/2 cup of whipping cream
- 1 tablespoon of chocolate syrup
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 cup of milk (per hot vanilla)
- 2 teaspoons of sugar (per hot vanilla)
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract (per hot vanilla)
Strawberry Champagne Punch

Chill juices and sodas before using
- 1 liter sparkling champagne
- 1 1/4 cups fruit punch
- 1 1/4 cups ginger ale
- 1 1/4 cups orange juice
- 1 pint fresh strawberries
- 1 pint raspberry sherbet
- 1 pint vanilla ice cream

- 10 oz (5 squares) vanilla flavored Almond Bark
