Graveyard Gravel

1. Line a 9×9×2-inch or an 8×8×2-inch baking pan with foil; set aside
- 3 cups semisweet chocolate pieces
- 1 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- dash of salt
- 2 cups tiny marshmallows
- Unsweetened cocoa powder mixed with an equal amount of powdered sugar
- Powdered sugar
Funfetti Milkshakes

- 1 box of Funfetti cake mix
- additional ingredients the box directions call for (except eggs),
- 4-5 cups milk
- 4-5 scoops of vanilla ice-cream

- 1/2 cup melted butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 loaf Texas toast
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Powdered sugar for sprinkling
Oatmeal Banana Breakfast Muffins

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 2.5 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup plain low fat greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup sugar {or sweetener of choice}
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 ripe bananas
Banana Pudding Cupcakes

Preheat oven to 350°. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray or line with paper cups
- 15-20 Nilla Wafers (crushed fine and divided)
- 1 box instant banana pudding mix (unprepared)
- 1/2 cup butter (room temperature)
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon banana extract
- 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
Chicken in a Love Nest with Asparagus Almondine

Preheat oven to 375°F with the oven rack in the middle
- 1/2 bunch asparagus
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO), divided
- 2 organic chicken breasts (about 5 ounces each)
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon thyme, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1/2 pound button mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- A splash of white wine or sherry
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, preferred brands Dufour Pastry or Pepperidge Farm, defrosted and cut in half then in half again so you have 2 squares
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 6 thin slices of brie cheese
- 1/4 cup almonds
Bacon, Cheddar, Chicken, and Rice Bake

Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat and cook onions until translucent
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1 medium onion , chopped (about 1 cup)
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 3 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
- 3 cups cooked chicken , cubed (I use Rotisserie)
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese , shredded
- 1/2 cup cooked crumbled bacon

For the cake: Preheat the oven to 350°
- For the cake:
- 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted and cooled
- For the frosting:
- 4 oz egg whites (3-4 large egg whites or about 1/2 cups)
- 1 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 lb unsalted butter, room temperature
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 sleeve Oreos, run through the food processor until finely chopped
Pizza Rolls

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
- Pizza Dough
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 teaspoons basil
- 1 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (or pepperjack)
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
