Foolproof Dark Chocolate Fudge

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with milk and salt
- 3 cups (18 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 14 ounce can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 dash salt
- 1 cup shelled California walnuts, chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Cherry Cobbler

- 2 1/4 cups sugar
- 2 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 stick butter
- 1 (21-ounce) can cherry pie filling
- Cinnamon
Blueberry Muffins

Heat oven to 375° Grease 22 regular-size muffin cups or line with cupcake liners
- Topping:
- 1/2 cup butter, at room temp
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/3 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Italian Cream Cake

- Cake:
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon soda
- 5 eggs, separated
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1 1/3 cup flaked coconut
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
- Icing:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese

- 2 eggs

Salted Caramel Coffee (Individual)

In large mug, mix cocoa powder and caramel sauce until smooth
- 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 Tbsp caramel sauce, plus 1 tsp for garnish
- 1 caramel vanilla cream K-cup/Vue pack or similar, brewed at 6 oz setting
- 1/2 cup of milk, heated
- sweetened whipped cream
- pinch of sea salt

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup chopped pecans
