- 2 eggs
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup 1% milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 Tbs. butter
Chicken Pot Pie

- 1.5 cups mixed vegetables
- 1 pack of chicken (tenders), cooked
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- Crust:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1/3 cup milk
Buffalo Chicken Dip

Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix first 3 ingredients in medium bowl until blended
- 1 pkg (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup RedHot buffalo wings sauce or cayenne pepper sauce
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1 Tbsp finely chopped red peppers
Cathead Biscuits

- 2 cups self-rising flour
- 1/3 cup shortening
- 1 cup milk

- 1 8 ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 dash of salt
- 5 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 tablespoons milk
Buttery Mint Slices

1. In a large mixing bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1 Tbsp milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp mint extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup mint-flavor semisweet chocolate pieces, melted and slightly cooled
- 1/3 cup white baking chocolate, melted and slightly cooled

No-Bake Cookies
