Process yolks, mustard, lemon juice, and garlic in food processor until combined, about 10 seconds
- 2 large egg yolks
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 medium garlic clove, minced or pressed through garlic press (about 1 teaspoon)
- 3/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
