PASTEL CUPCAKES (MAKES: 24 cupcakes BAKE: 30 minutes) 1
- 1 (18.25-ounce) package butter-recipe yellow cake mix
- 1 3/4 cups plus 2 tablespoons buttermilk
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, softened
- 3 eggs
- 2 (12-ounce) cans vanilla frosting
- Food coloring
- Vanilla extract
- 24 mini tart shells, Clearbrook Farms Mini Bite-Size Sweet Tart Shells
- 1 can (21-ounce) strawberry pie filling
- 2 pints whipping cream, chilled
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 12 medium fresh strawberries, trimmed and halved
- 24 small fresh mint leaves
- Raspberry vodka
- Sparkling apple-cranberry juice
Raspberry Tapioca - Rote Grütze mit Vanille Soße (Germanic)

In a medium-size saucepan combine raspberries, sugar, lemon peel and water
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen raspberries thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tbs. grated lemon peel
- 2 cups water (or 1 cup water & 1 cup port)
- 1/4 cup quick cooking tapioca
- Vanilla Sauce
- 1 tbs. cornstarch
- 2 tbs. water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla flavor
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 1/3 cups milk
- 1 egg yolk & 2 tbs. water mixed together
Orange Cream Cheese Bread

Orange pound cake
- Ingredients
- 1-8 oz package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c shortening
- 1 2/3 c granulated sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 1/4 c all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbsp grated orange peel
- 1/4 c orange juice
Easy Southwestern Ribs Recipe

PREHEAT overn to 325 SHAKE flour in Reynolds Oven Bag; place in 13x9x2-inch baking pan
- 1 Reynolds® Oven Bag, Large Size
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 3 pounds pork spareribs, fat trimmed
Oven-Roasted Fiesta Fries

- 2 pounds russet potatoes (4-5 medium size)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Classic Goulash

Just old fashioned comfort food from your childhood
- 2 pounds lean ground beef
- 2 large yellow onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 cups water
- 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dried Italian herb seasoning
- 3 bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon seasoned salt, or to taste
- 2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
- (I have added a small can of corn to this recipe)
Bacon-Cornbread Stuffing

For this stuffing, be sure to use a cornbread that's not too sweet
- 1 pan cornbread (8-inch square), cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 8 slices white sandwich bread, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 4 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small yellow onion, diced small
- 2 stalks celery, diced medium
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh sage leaves
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 2 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Coarse salt and pepper
Bacon Explosion

Put wax paper or saran on counter
- 1 lb. bacon, raw, for weaving
- 1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 lb. italian bulk sausage
- BBQ sauce
- Sriracha sauce
- Dry rub or spices
- Weave 10 pieces of bacon into a mat
- Spread 1 lb sage seasoned bulk saugage on half of the mat
- Spread 1 lb spicy bulk sausage on the other half
- Season with dry rub of choice
- Drizzle lightly with barbecue sauce of choice
- Crumble 1 lb cooked bacon over sausage
- Roll up jellyroll style
- Glaze with barbecue sauce
Easy Chocolate Pudding

- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup HERSHEY'S Cocoa
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2-1/4 cups milk (reserve 1/4 cup to blend with egg yolk)
- 1 egg yolk blended with 1/4 cup of the milk
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
- 1/4 cup Tollhouse semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Whipped topping or whipped cream
Fresh Peach Pie

- 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter, at room temperature
- Double Pie Crust (your favorite recipe, or store-bought)
- 8 to 10 large fresh peaches, pitted, peeled and sliced
