Italian Garden Salad Dressing

Olive Garden salad dressing dupe
- ■1/2 C. mayonnaise
- ■1/3 C. white vinegar
- ■1 tsp. vegetable oil
- ■2 Tbsp. corn syrup
- ■2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- ■2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
- ■1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- ■1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- ■1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- ■1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Chocolate Disgust

- 1 box chocolate fudge cake, prepared
- 2 bx chocolate instant pudding, prepared
- 1 lg tub of cool whip
- 6 heath candy bars, crushed
- 1/2 c kahlua liquor
Thai Spicy Ground Chicken and Toasted Rice 'Larb Gai'

All-time favorite Thai dish, and a very common dish served throughout Thailand as well as Laos
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons sliced shallot
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped spring onion
- 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
- 3 tablespoons roasted rice powder (khao koor)
- 2 tablespoons ground Thai chile (be sure to use real Thai ground chile)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 2-3 tablespoons fish sauce
- Garnish
- Always serve with a good portion of fresh cabbage, and add green beans, parsley, sliced radish, cucumber, & coriander leaves if you like.
Acapulco Avocado Salad

Arrange lettuce on four plates
- butter lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 fresh mango, diced
- 1/2 lb., medium shrimp(26-30 count),cooked, peeled, deveined, cut in half
- 1 can (4 oz ) diced green chiles, drained 1/2 cup any variety, salsa
- 2 ripe avocados
Beef Sirloin Kabobs with Roasted Red Pepper Dipping Sauce

Instructions Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot
- 1-1/2 pounds boneless beef top sirloin steak, cut 1 inch thick
- 2 teaspoons coarse grind black pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 jars (7 ounces each) roasted red peppers, rinsed, drained, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed or 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
- 1 cup ready-to-serve beef broth
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
Fresh Apple Crisp

1. *Heat oven to 375*F. Grease bottom and sides of 8-inch square pan with shortening (I used cooking spray) 2
- 4 c tart cooking apples, sliced
- 3/4 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
- 1/3 c butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- top with cream or ice cream, if desired
