Jell-O Popsicles

Dissolve sugar, Kool-aid and dry Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup sweetened Kool-Aid (same flavor)
- 1 package (3 oz.) any flavor Jell-O
Pudding Pops

Mix ingredients in small pitcher and pour into Popsicle molds
- 1 pkg. (4 serving) instant pudding
- 2 cups milk
Dreamsicle Treats

Dissolve JELL-O Gelatin in 1 cup hot water
- 1 small box JELL-O Orange Flavor Gelatin
- 1 small box JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 small can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 small tub COOL WHIP
- Can use sugar-free/fat-free products
Grandma Lee's Party Rolls

Put yeast into 1/4 cup of warm water
- 2 Tbsp active dry yeast or yeast cake
- 1/4 c warm (to the wrist) water
- 1-1/4 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 c boiling water
- 2 lg eggs, beaten
- 3 c white all prpose flour, not bread flour
- 1/4 c crisco shortening
Korean Beef

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and brown hamburger with garlic in the sesame oil
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup brown sugar (I like it sweet so I usually do closer to 1/2 cup)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (I use low-sodium)
- 1 Tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 - 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers (to desired spiciness)
- salt and pepper
- 1 bunch green onions, diced (don't skip this!)
Jell-O Layered Margarita Bites

1. STIR boiling water into dry gelatin mixes with wire whisk in a large bowl at least 2 mins
- 2 c boiling water
- 2 pkg jell-o brand margarita flavor gelatin (or lime flavor)
- 1/2 c tequila
- 1 grated peel and juice from lime
- 2 c thawed cool whip topping
Margarita Cake

1. Pre Heat oven to 350° degrees & prepare Bundt style cake pan

- 1 white cake mix
- 1 bx vanilla instant pudding (the smaller one)
- 1 can(s) (10 oz) frozen margarita concentrate (completely thawed)
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 1 Tbsp lime zest
- GLAZE

- 1 Tbsp lime zest
- 1 1/2 c (about) powdered sugar

- 2 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice (5 to 6 oranges)
- 1 orange, zested
- 1 cup half-and-half
- 1 cup superfine sugar
- 1 bottle sparkling wine or Champagne*
- Strawberries, for garnish
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine, sparkling cider, or ginger ale can be substituted
ELEPHANT EARS

Combine first 4 ingredients in pan; heat until shortening is melted; do not boil
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 tbsp. shortening
- 2 pkgs. dry yeast
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon with 1/2 c. sugar
- Oil for frying
Frozen Mojito

Combine simple syrup, lime juice and mint leaves in a blender and blend until combined
- 1/4 cup simple syrup (equal parts sugar and water boiled together until sugar melts)
- 2 limes, juiced
- 12 fresh mint leaves, plus mint sprigs for garnish
- 4 ounces white rum
- 2 cups crushed ice
