- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper

If you like BBQ sauce with a fruity kick then you will love this
- Ingredients:
- 1 cup of of your favorite fruit jam (strawberry in this case)
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar (packed or use turbinado)
- 1 1/4 cups ketchup
- 3 tbsp prepared mustard (French's)
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp coarse black pepper
- 2 tsp ground chipotle (more if you like it hotter)
Roasted Corn & Peppers Penne with Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto

Preparation Preheat the oven to 425 degrees
- 2 ears corn, kernels cut from cob
- 1 small red field, frying or bell pepper, chopped
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 small red chile, such as finger or Fresno, sliced
- Natural olive oil cooking spray
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup (loosely packed) sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil)
- 1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves with tender stems
- 1/3 cup pine nuts or sliced almonds (a handful), toasted
- 1/4 cup basil leaves (a small handful)
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (you can buy my balsamic drizzle at rachaelraystore.com) or aged balsamic vinegar mixed with 1 tsp. sugar
