Chai Pumpkin Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 1 cup almond butter (or other nut butter or seed butter))
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup honey (optional- i like it sweeter)
- 2 eggs, whisked
- 2 chai tea packets (tea spices removed from packets)
- 3 tablespoons coconut flour
- 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
Breakfast Bacon and Maple Meatballs

- Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (no sugar added)
- 1 sweet potato
- 4 oz button mushrooms (I used half a container of sliced button mushrooms) 1⁄2 yellow onion, peeled
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 5-6 slices of bacon
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
Savory Breakfast Casserole

Instructions Start things off right by preheating your oven to 375 degrees

- 12 eggs, whisked
- 1 lb chorizo, cooked and broken into pieces
- 1 sweet potato, shredded
- 1/2 yellow onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce (I used Siracha)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 1 pinch ground cloves
- 2 tablespoons grapeseed oil
- 1/2 cup agave nectar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh baked pumpkin (or winter squash), well packed
