Slow Cooker Salsa Chili

Chunky salsa adds the flavor punch to so-good, slow-cooked chili
- 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef or turkey
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup)
- 2 cups Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (4.5 oz) Old El Paso® chopped green chiles
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 can (15 to 16 oz) Black Beans or pinto beans, drained, rinsed
- Shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired
- Sliced green onions, if desired
Maple Walnut Sweet Potato Loaf

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees

- For the bread
- 1 medium sweet potato (or yam) ~ equivalent to 1 cup, skin removed after baking
- 1 cup roasted, unsalted cashews
- 6 medjool dates, pitted

- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
