Reese's Cheesecake Brownies

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- One 19.5-oz. box chocolate fudge brownie mix
- One 8-oz. package cream cheese, softened
- One 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 12 oz. Reese’s Pieces candy
- One 12-oz. bag milk chocolate chips
- 3 tablespoons whipping cream
- 12 large Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, chopped
Brunswick Stew

Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium heat
- 1/2 pound salted butter
- 3 cups (2 large) finely diced sweet onions
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup vinegar bbq sauce (recommended: Sapp Southern Soul Barbeque North Carolina)
- 1/2 cup brown sweet bbq sauce (recommended: Sapp Southern Soul Barbeque Georgia)
- 1 pound smoked pulled pork
- 1/2 pound smoked pulled chicken
- 1/2 pound smoked pulled turkey
- 1 pound smoked chopped beef brisket
- 1 ((number 10) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 quart drained yellow corn kernels
- 1 quart drained baby lima beans
- 1 quart or more quality chicken stock or broth
Cake Mix Cookies

1. Mix together cake mix, eggs and oil in a large bowl
- 2 eggs
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package white cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 c - 1 1/2 c of chocolate chips or whatever else you like.
Russian Tea Cakes

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sifted confectioners sugar, plus more for rolling cookies
- 2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
Cream Cheese Brownies

HEAT oven to 350ºF. PREPARE brownie batter as directed on package; spread into greased 11x7-inch pan
- 1 pkg. (19 to 21 oz.) brownie mix and
- ingredients on the package
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Stuffed Celery

Coarsely chop the olives. Separate and wash celery stalks
- 1 bunch celery
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese (I use reduced fat)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (I use light)
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 20 small green olives
Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Mix ingredients together Pour over tenderloin Cook on low for 6 hours
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 1 TBS mustard
- 2-3 TBS maple syrup
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS diced dried onion
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Oreo Cookie Balls

1. Add oreos to food processor and blend until fine
- 1-18oz. pkg oreo cookies (regular size, 3 rows of cookies)
- 1-8oz. pkg cream cheese-block
- 4 oz white chocolate almond bark
Zucchini Relish

- 10 cups zucchini
- 3 cups onions
- 4 red bell peppers
- 5 tablespoons salt
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 3 cups vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon coarse black pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Flaugnarde (Clafoutis)

Preheat the oven to 350°
- 2 1/2 cups of mixed fresh berries (such as blackberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 3 eggs
- 10 tbsp light agave nectar (or sugar)
- 1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour, sifted
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1 cup of 1% milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- powdered sugar for dusting
