Brown Butter Ice Cream, Glace au Beurre Noisette

First you make the beurre noisette
- 225 g/8oz/1cup butter
- 350 ml/12oz/1.5 cup milk
- 350 ml/12oz/1.5 cup cream
- 110 g/1/2 cup sugar
- 6 yolks
- 1 teaspoon salt
Squash Soup in Pumpkin Bowls

Make the bowls: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- For the Bowls:
- 4 small baking pumpkins (such as hooligan or sugar pie), acorn squash or sweet dumpling squash

Pasta with Sausage & Butternut Squash

Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil into a large skillet (12 inches), and cook over high heat for 2 minutes
- 3 tablespoons DaVinci® 100% Pure Olive Oil, divided
- 1 pound Italian hot sausage
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 5 garlic cloves, thickly sliced
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh sage
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 1/2 cups butternut squash, peeled, seeded and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tablespoons salt (optional)
- 1 pound DaVinci® pasta: sea shells, penne rigate or rigatoni
- 6 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
