- 4 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, plus more for drizzling
- Kosher salt

- Pita chips and/or cucumber spears (for serving)
