Chinese: Steamed Gyoza

Gyoza is also called dumpling and pot stickers
- 1 lb. ground pork
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/4 cup beef broth or water
- 2 Tbsp. mayo
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 1 cup chives, chopped
- 1 medium size tomato, chopped
- pinch of salt to taste
- Optional: minced ginger, shredded carrots, sesame oil, chicken broth mix (powder).
- 1 package of round Gyoza wrappers, at room temperature
Asian Steamed Sponge Cake

1.In a medium mixing bowl, mix eggs and sugar with an electric mixture
- 3 Eggs
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
Green Tea Crepe with Sweet Potato Filling

- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp. Green tea powder
- 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Cake Mix: Caramel Apple Cupcakes

They are made from boxed Cake Mix
- For cupcakes:
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/3 cup oil
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1-2 large Apple
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- For cream cheese frosting:
- 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, soften
- 1 stick butter, soften
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
Stir-fry Chicken Tortilla

This is a very simple and quick meal
- 8 pieces of soft tortilla, taco size, cut into 1/4 inch stripes
- 1 cup Tyson grilled chicken stripes, cooked
- 2 cups Head cabbage, cut into stripes
- 1 Green onion, cut into small piece
- 1 Tbsp. fresh garlic or garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- pinch of salt
Yogurt Sponge Cake

- Egg Yolk Mix:
- 5 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1 can ((6 oz.) vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 cup cake flour
- 1 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- Egg White Mix:
- 5 Egg whites
- 1 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
Easy Teriyaki Shrimp

- 1 lb. headless shrimp, drained
- 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar

- 2 lb. short ribs, cut into cubes
- 1/4 cup light soy sauce
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cooking wine
- Some chopped green onions, fresh ginger and garlic, salt and ground black pepper to your taste

- 1 cup cooked chicken meat, chopped

- 1 cup chopped Napa cabbage
