Bruschetta Chicken Bake

Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tsp. dried basil leaves
- 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Olive Garden Stuffed Mushrooms

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 lg. packages button mushrooms, washed
- 1 can chopped clams, drained
- 1/3 cup white or yellow onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup softened, but not melted butter (use real butter, not margarine)
- 3/4 cup fresh grated parmesan
- 3/4 cup fresh grated romano
- 1 1/2 cup mozzarella, finely shredded
- 1 egg, large
- 1/2 carrot, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups seasoned Italian bread crumbs
- 2 cloves fresh, finely minced garlic
HCG Diet (P3) Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Preheat oven to 450 degrees Farenheit
- 1 cup cooked, grated cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp fennel
- 1 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp parsley
- pizza or alfredo sauce
- toppings (make sure meats are cooked)
- mozzarella cheese

Add all ingredients to beaten eggs and mix until well blended
- 2 eggs, beaten until fluffy
- 1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
- 4-6 drops stevia
- 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
Mock Bernaise Sauce

Mix all together and heat in small saucepan
- 2 T. mayonnaise
- 2 T. sour cream
- 4 t. lemon juice
- 1 t. brown mustard
HCG Diet (P3) Pepperoni Pizza Dip

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce (no sugar added kind or 1/2 cup tomato sauce mixed w/ 1 tsp. pizza seasoning)
- 1/2 of a pepperoni sausage, chopped small (not sliced), about 1/2 cup
- 1/2 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
Ginger-Cilantro Potato Salad with Green Beans
By ginasheppard
In a 4 1/2-quart or larger pot, bring 2 1/2 quarts of water to boil
- 1/2 pound green beans
- 3 1/2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes with peel
- 6 -inch piece fresh ginger (see Cook's Note)
- 2 T. finely chopped sweet onion, such as Vidalia
- 1 C. mayonnaise, regular or reduced fat
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 3/4 t. salt
- 3/4 t. ground black pepper
- 1 C. (packed) chopped cilantro
- Cherry tomatoes for garnish (optional)
- Toasted almonds for garnish (optional)
Miracle Brownies

- •1/4 lb butter (1 stick)
- •2 cups erythritol (powdered, not granulated)
- •1 Tbsp vanilla
- •4 eggs (room temp is best)
- •1/2 cup cocoa
- •1 tsp salt
- •4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
- •2 cups flax seed meal
- •1 Tbsp baking powder
- •1/3 cup cream
- •2/3 cup water
- •1 cup artificial sweetener
- •1 cup walnuts (optional)
