Ingredients

  • 1 pkg chicken wings
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp Tabasco sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except chicken wings together in a large bowl. Add chicken wings and stir to coat. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, up to 12 hours. Heat oven to 375. Line 1 inch lipped baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place chicken in a single layer on foil, reserving leftover marinade. Bake for 60 mins. At 30 mins, remove chicken from oven, add remaining marinade, and turn/toss to coat wings with sauce mixture. At 40 mins, remove chicken from oven and turn/toss to coat wings with sauce mixture. Repeat at ~ 45, 50, and 55 mins, until wings are cooked through and sauce is caramelized. Serve with blue cheese dressing.
