- Four 8-ounce packages cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup sour cream
- 4 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 cup hot fudge sauce, warmed, plus more for serving
- 15 Miniature Reese's Peanut Butter Cups ®
- 1 cup Reese's Pieces ®
- Whipped cream, for serving

1) Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper and dredge in flour

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a medium skillet
- 1 pound of cleaned, deveined shelled large shrimp.
- 2 1/2 tbsps of olive oil.
- 1 1/2 tbsps of simply Asia sweet ginger garlic seasoning.
- 1/4 cup of dry white wine.
- 3 cups of fresh spinach.
Black Bean Lasagna

1. Puree 2 cans of beans with 4 T olive oil and set aside
- 5 cans black beans
- 10 T olive oil
- 1 onion chopped
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 1/2 cups red wine
- 4 cups tomato paste
- 4 cups stewed tomatoes
- 2 t sugar
- 2 t oregano
- 4 cups ricotta
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 2 cups parm cheese
- 18 lasagna noodles
- 2 lbs grated mozzarella cheese
Johnny Marzetti Casserole

1. saute the veggies in olive oil for 20-30 minutes till light brown
- 4 celery stalks
- 4 onions
- 1 green pepper
- 12 green olives
- salt, pepper, paprika
- 12 oz bag of egg noodles
- 1 1/2 lb beef
- 1 can tomato paste
- jar of spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 c good burgundy wine
- block of sharp cheddar cheese
