Salmon Fillets Over Couscous

Preheat oven to 350. Add a drizzle of olive oil in a glass pan and place the salmon in the pan
- Couscous:
- olive oil
- 4 - 4 oz salmon fillets
- 1 lime
- salt
- pepper
- garlic powder
- butter
- 2-1/4 c water or chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp butter
- 10 oz couscous
- 1 c diced tomatoes
- 1 c crumbled Feta cheese
- 1/2 c green onions
Steak House-Marinated Sirloin Steak

Whisk together beer and remaining ingredients until blended
- 1/2 c dark beer
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp steak sauce

BBQ Chicken Sliders

Preheat oven to 350º. Slice the rolls in half lengthwise
- 12 -pack dinner rolls or Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 3 c cooked chicken (I put 4 breasts in the crockpot on low for 4 hours)
- 1/3 c BBQ sauce (I actually used a whole bottle)
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 6 slices pepper Jack cheese
- 1/4 c parsley, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp melted butter

In a small skillet, heat 2 Tbsp olive oil over medium heat
- 4 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 1/2 c panko
- 1 Tbsp dried parsley
- 2 shallots, chopped

- 2 Tbsp water

Impossibly Easy Holiday Breakfast Bake

Heat oven to 400º. Cook sausage, bell pepper and onion over medium heat, stirring occasionally; drain
- 2 (12 oz) pkg bulk pork sausage

Heat a medium soup pot over medium high heat
- Pesto Genovese:
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil, 2 turns of the pan
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium potato, peeled and chopped
- 1 medium zucchini, chopped
- Salt and pepper
- 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans (ceci or chick peas)
- 1 (15-ounce) can white beans, cannellini, drained
- 6 cups chicken stock, available in paper containers on soup aisle
- 1 cup small, thin egg noodles for soup, any brand
- 1 box frozen chopped green beans
- Panini
- 4 crusty rolls or 8 slices crusty bread
- 8 ounces, 1/2 pound, robiola or ricotta cheese
- 1 cup arugula leaves, loosely packed
- 8 slices prosciutto di Parma
- 1 cup basil leaves, packed
- 1 large clove garlic
- 2 to 3 tablespoons pine nuts (pignoli)
- 3 tablespoons grated Parmigiano-Reggiano
- 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

- 4 cups toasted oat bran cereal
- 1 cup multigrain cluster cereal
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup jumbo red raisins
