Cheese Potato Casserole Recipe

Serves/Makes: 6 Combine all ingredients, except for the corn flakes, in a buttered pan
- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 1/2 cup corn flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz size) cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups grated Cheddar cheese

- 1 (28 ounce) package frozen shoestring French fries, thawed
- 1 (16 ounce) package sour cream
- 1 (8 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (2 ounce) package dry ranch dressing mix
- 1/2 cup chicken broth or 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups cheddar cheese

- 2 large baking potatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil (EVOO), for liberal drizzling
- Kosher salt and pepper
- 1/4-1/3 cup sour cream

- 1/2 cup super-sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons horseradish
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 flat-iron or strip steaks

- 1 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 c. sm. seedless green grapes
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- Salad greens
- Garnishes: Stuffed & ripe olives, sweet pickles, parsley & julienne strips of chicken

- 1 envelope Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix
- 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 c. mayo
- 2 containers Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1/2 to 3/4 each of finely chopped carrots, broccoli, & cauliflower

- 1 bag of mini pretzels (not sticks)
- 1 bag rolos candies
- 1 bag halved pecans
Baby Blue Punch

Directions In a large punch bowl, stir together the drink mix, lemon-lime soda, and white cranberry juice
- 1 (0.13 ounce) package blue, berry flavored unsweetened drink mix (I use Blue Hawaiian Punch)
- 1 (2 liter) bottle lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
- 1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle white cranberry juice (I use white grape juice)
- 8 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup white sugar, or to taste
