- Red Chili Peppers to taste
- For a variation you may substitute 2 pks. Good Seasonings dry Cheese and Garlic dressing for the Ranch
Phillycheesesteak Sandwich (rach ray)

steak seasoning blend Heat a medium size saucepan over medium-high heat
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 2 large yellow onions, sliced very thin
- Coarse salt and pepper or steak seasoning blend
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 1 1/2 pounds lean beef tenderloin or sirloin, ask the butcher to slice the meat very thin
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 8 slices provolone cheese, from the deli counter
- 4 soft Italian sandwich hoagie rolls (6-8 inches long), split lengthwise

- 1 (15 ounce) can chili-no beans
- 4 thin slices of green onions
- 1/4 c. diced, drained green chilies
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

- 1 Tblsp. Mirin (rice wine)
- 2 Tblsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tblsp.Stir fry sauce
